There usually isn't much you need to do before our first session. After our call and coming to an agreement on services (there is a 3-hour onsite minimum), I will let you know if any special preparations are needed.
We start with reviewing the services you've brought me in to help with, discuss your pain points, and you can provide more information. If we're tackling decluttering, we can typically get right into it and I provide guidance along the way on how to make it a smooth and stress-free process. Other services vary - for many I'll assess the spaces for storage and take measurements. And if we're doing an organizing session, I also demonstrate the skills, habits and knowledge you need to maintain your new organizing system.
Every home organizing makeover, whether one room or the entire home, is very personal and individual. That's why we start with a free 30-minute call to talk about your unique concerns and goals. If it seems like a good fit, we then decide on a mix of services for your project. The list below highlights the various ways we can support your goals:
*Optional services not covered in a basic in-home session will incur additional fees. This will be determined ahead of time, as part of our project Agreement or subsequent Change Order(s).
*For locations that are beyond areas we service at no cost, we may still agree to provide service at an additional mileage or travel fee.
