Our Downsizing & Relocation Services
Moving is often hugely stressful. The sheer volume of tasks can feel overwhelming. Not to mention the timing and speed with which to execute each task can make your head spin. It's no wonder there is a diagnosis known as Relocation Stress Syndrome. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to avoid RSS and get settled into your new (well-organized) home as quickly as possible. If your move is coming up within a month or two, or already in progress, give us a call. If you expect to downsize but don't yet have firm plans, we strongly recommend getting your current home organized now, which will make a future move so much easier.

In-Home Sessions
Most of our work from the initial decluttering to the organizing and optimizing stages will be done in your homes. We have a simple hourly rate structure, with a 3-hour minimum for every home visit. For larger projects, you receive a discount for a 9-hour or 24-hour pre-paid package.

Additional hours billed at $76/hr

In-Home Sessions
Any services that are requested (such as overseeing your moving company or placing phone calls to arrange other services or donation pickups) are based on an hourly rate and invoiced in 30-minute increments. The hourly rates may depend on types of services and will be clearly outlined in our Agreement or subsequent Change Orders prior to work completion. Pre-payment discounts are available.
